Overall - wonderful small and pretty standard place with competent staff at all times. Excellent location in Saintes so close to the pedestrian area, shops restaurants and the theatre, the Charante river and the center of town. Also, to restaurant in the evening.

All in all, it's delightful place that has very kind staff at all times. The location is great and beautiful in a beautiful area, right by the city centre, and the restaurants. There's Atelier Veg'eat offering takeout just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

It was fairly clean with truly helpful staff at all times. This was a perfect and comfortable location right by the centre of Saintes, and shops.

The room was outstanding and reasonably large, had separate bathroom. The bed was comfortable and it was great having a minibar, central heating, and an iron. Competent and attentive staff and everything was great. Strongly recommend because I liked it and didn't want to say goodbye.

I would say it's wonderful base for staying and exploring Saintes. The venue is in the centre of the town. La Terrasse, where you can eat lunch, is at a walking distance from the hotel. Every time in Saintes, I choose this place.

The staff are very welcoming and really kind people at all times. The rooms are extremely spacious with a fold-out bed for the kids, so that guests have essentials. I have to mention the great breakfast with decaff espresso.

Everything was fine, stunning location near the alleyway, the centre near the river and restaurants, perfect experience. Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with air conditioning and bedroom; everyone is welcome here.

I had a great experience at this hotel in the city centre. The location was perfect, with all the important tourist sites within walking distance. The staff were attentive and the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with air conditioning and a walk-in shower. The breakfast was delicious, with decaf espresso and the delightful Poitou cake.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.
